We're seeking an experienced Civil Labourer to join our growing team and support a variety of civil construction, engineering and mine shutdown projects across the Mudgee region.
About the Role
You’ll work across a diverse range of projects including:
- Civil construction and earthworks
- Drainage and mine infrastructure
- Skid steer (Bobcat) operation
- Supporting operators and tradespeople across civil construction and shutdown projects
- Mine shutdowns and maintenance
- General labouring and civil support
No two weeks are the same. You’ll work across a variety of projects, develop new skills and become a valued member of a team that’s continuing to grow.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience in civil construction, mining or heavy industry
- Current White Card
- Current Driver Licence
- Ability to work safely with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn,
contribute and support the team wherever required
- Reliable team player who takes pride in their work
Highly Regarded
- Current RII and VOC for Skid Steer (Bobcat) or other civil plant
- Already hold current inductions for local mine sites or energy projects? We’d love to hear from you.
- Order 43 or 45 Medical (or willingness to obtain)
- HR Licence
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space
- Trade Assistant experience during shutdowns
