You will work across superannuation, life insurance and TPD matters, supporting clients through claims and disputes with funds and insurers.

Key Responsibilities
Advise and represent clients in end-to-end superannuation-related insurance claims, including Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD) claims, income protection, terminal illness and death benefit claims (with supervisionappropriate toyour level)
Take instructions and provide clear, empathetic advice to clients
Review and interpret policy documents, trust deeds and insurance contracts
