Your earning potential is uncapped.

The harder you work, the more you earn. There are no artificial limits on your income.

About the Role

As one of our Residential Service Technicians,



you'll become the face of our business and be trusted to deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service on every job.

Your responsibilities include:

- Residential maintenance plumbing

- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults

- Completing routine plumbing safety inspections

- Blocked drain diagnosis, CCTV inspections and high-pressure jetting

- Providing long-term drainage solutions and recommendations

- Diagnosing, repairing and replacing hot water systems

- Leak detection and general plumbing maintenance

- Preparing same-day quotations using fixed-rate pricing

- Educating homeowners on the best solution for your property

- Building strong customer relationships through honest, qualified communication

- Delivering genuine five-star customer service on every job

- Completing job documentation through ServiceM8

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for plumbers who are hungry to succeed and take pride in their work.

You'll have:

- NSW Plumbing Licence

- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential maintenance plumbing

- Experience as a Residential Service Technician

- Experience using ServiceM8 (preferred)

- Experience with fixed-rate pricing and same-day quoting

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability

- Confidence presenting solutions and quotations to homeowners

- Current NSW Driver Licence





- Full Australian working rights

- A positive, motivated and team-first attitude

- The ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team
