UnitingCare Hospitals is seeking a Clinical Competency Design Lead to drive the design, standardisation, and implementation of clinical competency frameworks across our hospital network, including The Wesley Hospital and St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital.

Reporting to the Senior Education Manager, you will partner with educators, clinical experts, quality teams and operations to develop sustainable, evidence-based competency systems that strengthen workforce capability and support accreditation.
