About the role

We are seeking a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer for a 12-month contract to join a prominent organization that is currently transforming its digital landscape. This role involves collaborating with a dynamic Agile product team to enhance various digital products that positively affect a large user base. You will play a key role in designing user-friendly, accessible, and engaging experiences from initial concept to final implementation.

What you'll do

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure a user-centered approach.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and gather feedback for iteration.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design,



with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and working within Agile teams.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in design.
