About the role

We are looking for a Product Onboarding Specialist to manage the comprehensive onboarding process for significant and complex merchants utilizing both card-present and card-not-present payment solutions. You will serve as the main contact after the commercial agreement is finalized, guiding the onboarding process from implementation to launch, while ensuring a positive experience for customers and successful project results.

What you'll do

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product onboarding or project management within the financial services sector.
- Solid understanding of payment solutions,



including card-present and card-not-present systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- This position is open to Australian citizens, permanent residents, and candidates with valid work visas.
