Centacare South West NSW is seeking a School Wellbeing Practitioner / Social Worker (0.6 FTE – 3 days per week) to join our Griffith team, partnering with local schools to support student, family and staff wellbeing.
You will deliver counselling, run group programs and whole-of-school wellbeing initiatives, and work collaboratively with schools to create protected, supportive environments while guiding school staff and building connected communities.
