You’ll become the first point of contact for our clients and help bring their vision to life.

Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inbound equipment enquiries, managing customer hire agreements,



processing quotes & coordinating delivery
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through proactive sales engagement
- Identify and generate new business opportunities, partnerships and referral channels
- Driving accountability across multiple projects by maintaining timelines and task trackers and milestone reporting
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and revenue targets

Client & Event Management:

- Liaise with client to ensure all event requirements are captured and delivered
- Collaborate closely with internal operations teams and external suppliers
- Oversee execution to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and experience
- Resolve client issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting delivery teams during bump-in, event operations and bump-out periods through document control, communications and administrative support.

Reporting & Admin:

- Maintain CRM records, sales activity and pipeline reporting,
- Monitor booking trends and identify revenue growth opportunities
- Assist in developing and implementing good sales strategies and promotional initiatives
- Prepare sales forecasting and event performance reporting
- Contributing to the preparation and continuous improvement of operational documentation, including event orders, production schedules, run sheets and planning tools
- Coordinating the preparation and printing of event operations folders, briefing packs, resource invoices and orders, budgets and other critical event materials
