We are currently welcoming applications for a Store Manager position at our Inglewood Supermarket. Enthusiastic and customer focused Managers with relevant past experience and a desire to succeed are invited to apply.

The successful applicant will report to the Operations Team and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance and operation of the store. Tasks will include stock control, rostering management, employee development, meeting KPI's and financial reporting.

The successful applicant must have:

Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Exemplary customer service skills

Ability to work in a quick-paced dynamic team environment

Self-motivation with the ability to prioritize tasks





Extensive experience in managing budgets and maximizing profits

Commitment to lead, manage and mentor a dynamic team

Relevant Management and Supermarket experience

Ability to maintain a safe working environment for our team and customers

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster as required

Current police check (or willingness to obtain)
