This chance is ideal for an experienced Level 3 Systems Engineer looking to lead the delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects from design through implementation. The role combines hands-on project delivery with client-facing responsibilities, while serving as the highest point of technical escalation within the Professional Services team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end infrastructure and cloud projects.
- Design, implement and document enterprise solutions.
- Deliver Microsoft and virtualization projects.
- Provide Level 3 technical escalation support when required.
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge.
- Work directly with clients throughout project delivery.
- Produce clear technical documentation and handovers.
- Attend client sites across Sydney when required.

Skills/Must Have:
- 5+ years' MSP experience.
- Strong Level 3 Infrastructure Engineering background.
- Experience delivering projects independently.
- Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Confident communicating with customers.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Current Australian Driver's License.
