About the Role

This showroom-based role (Monday to Friday) blends premium sales with hands-on project coordination.

You will guide clients through selections across tapware, tiles, stone and custom joinery, then carry their vision through to delivery. Coordinating timelines, suppliers and our overseas production and joinery team, and keeping everything on track through Trello. We become project partners with our clients, our scope of works today includes design, in office check measures, development/manufacturing and installation. What You will do

Welcome and assist walk-in clients, designers and trade customers

Provide expert, design-led advice across our luxury tapware, tile, stone and custom joinery range.

Advise on joinery and cabinetry materials, finishes, hardware,



bringing visions to life through Sketch up and/or Auto CAD.

Prepare quotes and follow up on leads through to close.

Project manage jobs from order to delivery, coordinating timelines, suppliers and the joinery production schedule

Manage and communicate with our overseas production and joinery team to keep projects on time and to spec

Run project tracking and team coordination through Trello

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers and builders

Work towards and exceed sales targets, and maintain the showroom to an impeccable, premium standard

Work on multiple projects simultaneously.

About You

5+ years' experience in kitchens and joinery you can read and understand plans and use drawing programs such as CAD ETC.

A solid understanding of joinery and cabinetmaking and how custom pieces are designed, built, finished and installed and can speak to it with confidence

Proven experience in showroom, retail or trade sales within bathroom, tiles, stone, joinery or interiors

Project management experience - able to coordinate multiple jobs, timelines and suppliers at once

Confident managing and communicating with an overseas team across time zones

Proficient with Trello (or similar) for tracking tasks, timelines and workflow

A natural at premium client service and proactive sales, with a strong eye for design and genuine interest in interiors, joinery and architecture

Self-motivated, organised, results-driven and well-presented

Tapware and tile experience is a plus, though not essential
