Recon Civil is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a major construction project in Victoria. You will promote a positive safety culture, ensure compliance with WHS legislation and project requirements, and influence safety outcomes on-site across Latrobe Valley energy projects.

The role demands strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to build relationships at all levels, with a hands-on, in office approach and excellent organisational skills.
