What you'll do

- Provide technical assistance and support for AWS Managed Services, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with customers to facilitate their transition to the Cloud, addressing their unique needs and challenges.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud computing or related fields.
- Proficiency in AWS services and cloud infrastructure management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.




- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience with automation and orchestration technologies.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices.
