Salary

We’ll provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.78 per hour for this role.

Contract & Hours

This is a Full-Time role and flexibility to work morning/day/evening shifts and weekends is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers.

About the role

Bunnings North Launceston is seeking Full-Time Retail Supervisors to join our Inside the Home, Administration and Replenishment teams.

Responsibilities

- Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers
- Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours
- Helping onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support
- Merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements
- Managing and coordinating stock effectively

- The ability to guide, support, coach and provide feedback, so as to bring the best out of your team
- To be results driven and a team player
- Be approachable and confident,



creating positive experiences when interacting with our customers
- Have an eagerness and ongoing enthusiasm to learn about new products
- To be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours
