Client Services Manager - 9 day fortnight

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Services Manager to join this highly regarded and growing accounting and advisory boutique firm in the Inner East.

Offering flexibility and a hybrid work arrangement, we are seeking an experienced CSO or CSM (3+ years in this role) who can support a team of financial advisors looking for a dedicated and committed right hand. You will receive ongoing mentoring, development and progression opportunities or this can be a career CSM role.

This role will be primarily responsible for supporting the advisors in the provision of the highest level of service to their portfolio of clients and administration duties including greeting clients, updating client files and notes on Xplan, preparation of correspondence and documentation for the advisor, diary management, and implementation of advice. Being a key point of contact to the clients,



exemplary client service is required and previous experience working with a financial planning business is essential.

Importantly, we are looking for someone who is effective, organised, has excellent communication along with experience in a client services or admin support role and the following attributes:

Degree in financial planning, business or similar preferred

Desire to join a business long term

Strong organisational and multi tasking skills

Advanced computer skills and IT literacy - including Xplan

Ability to build robust rapport with clients, other team members and third parties.

Excellent presentation and communication skills

2-3 years + experience in client services from within a financial planning environment

High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
