Sales & Customer Service - Premium Off Road Caravans & Campers (Pakenham Showroom)

Signature Off Road Campers & Caravans is growing, and we're looking for a motivated and professional Sales Consultant to join our Melbourne showroom team at Pakenham.

This is not a typical retail sales role.

Our customers are investing in their dream lifestyle - travelling Australia, exploring off-grid destinations and creating unforgettable experiences. We pride ourselves on delivering premium products, genuine customer service and expert advice.

About the Role

This is not a sit-back-and-wait sales job. You'll be working with high-intent buyers who are investing in their lifestyle - and expect a professional, knowledgeable experience.

Your role will include:

- Responding to inbound enquiries (phone, email & online leads)
- Conducting showroom appointments and product walk-throughs
- Managing and maintaining showroom presentation to a premium standard
- Attending caravan & camping shows, events and exhibitions
- Coordinating customer handovers and delivery experiences




- Providing ongoing post-sale support and relationship management
- Working closely with marketing and operations teams

What We're Looking For

- Proven sales experience (automotive, caravans, RV, marine or similar preferred)
- Solid closing ability with a focus on value over discounting
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and long-term customer relationships
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets
- Willingness to work weekends and travel for shows/events
