We're now seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator to join our growing, dynamic team and help shape the future of outdoor learning environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Quantify and cost construction and landscape projects with precision
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities
- Develop detailed estimates, pricing, and cost breakdowns
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with childcare playscape projects is required
- Experience in at least two of the following areas is required: medium-density, residential, or commercial landscaping/construction
- Proficiency in at least two of the following software tools is required: Buildxact, Bluebeam, and Excel
- High computer literacy and strong mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and time management
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and Working with Children Check
- Must be authorised to work in Australia
