About the role

Due to continued growth, Super Metal Recycling is seeking a reliable and organised Weighbridge Operator to join our busy recycling operation based in Dandenong South.

This is a key front-line role responsible for managing weighbridge operations, processing vehicle movements, and assisting with general administration. You will be dealing directly with drivers, customers, and yard staff in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Key responsibilities

- Operate the weighbridge system accurately and efficiently
- Process incoming and outgoing vehicle transactions
- Issue dockets, invoices, and weighbridge documentation
- Enter data into company systems
- Coordinate with drivers, transport staff,



and yard operators
- Answer phone calls and customer enquiries
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork
- Support general office administration duties

What we’re looking for

- Previous weighbridge or administration experience (preferred)
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and organised
- Experience in transport, logistics, recycling, or industrial industries highly regarded
