MHA Care is seeking a dedicated Support at Home Liaison Officer to join our Yarrawonga team. This full time role supports the aged care service, manages client records, coordinates referrals and liaises with providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
With strong communication and organisational skills, you will assist with care documentation, invoicing and quality assurance while supporting the wider team and maintaining high standards of care. A valid driver’s licence is required.
