What you’ll do

- Oversee and coordinate all housekeeping functions to ensure the hotel meets its luxury service standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a dedicated team of housekeeping professionals to deliver outstanding service.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare reports on housekeeping operations, including staff performance, budget adherence,



and service quality metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve housekeeping operations.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in a housekeeping management position within a luxury hotel setting.

- Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety regulations, and inventory control practices.
