The Role – Team Member

As a Team Member, you’ll be the face of Schnitz Robina, making sure every customer has a great dining experience. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll rotate across different sections of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service - greeting guests, taking orders, ensuring friendly and efficient service.
- Food Preparation - assisting with cooking, salads, and assembling meals according to Schnitz standards.
- Kitchen Operations - supporting pan‑cooking, fryers, and food handling safely and hygienically.




- Restaurant Cleanliness - maintaining a clean and safe environment (dining area, kitchen, equipment).
- Teamwork - working closely with other Team Members and Team Leaders to keep shifts running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a quick‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Previous hospitality or retail experience (preferred, but not essential).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player.
