nbn is seeking a Customer Field Technician in Mackay to work independently across installations, repairs, maintenance and in-home support. You'll handle copper or fibre cabling, set up customer equipment, identify faults, and keep customers informed throughout the process.

Working hours are 7am–7pm with training provided and ongoing support, plus full safety training to align with our safety procedures. You don't need prior telecommunications experience; a hands-on background from trades or
