The Role

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 properties
- Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Handle rental arrears and lease renewals
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants

What We're Looking For

- Previous Property Management experience
- Current Class 2 Licence or Certificate of Registration
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage your portfolio with confidence and professionalism
- Current driver's licence
