An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate and motivated Oral Health Therapist to join our thriving, patient-focused team at Sydney Road Dental Care.

Located just moments from beautiful Manly Beach, our modern, privately owned practice combines exceptional patient care with cutting-edge technology, a supportive team culture, and genuine opportunities for qualified growth.

Whether you're looking for a permanent full-time role (4 days per week) or a part-time position (3 days per week), we'd love to hear from you. Working days are negotiable.

About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside two experienced dentists and a dedicated hygiene department within a highly supportive clinical environment.

You will be encouraged to take ownership of your patient care, build strong relationships, and continue expanding your clinical skills with guidance, mentorship and ongoing support.

About You

- Current AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist
- Current radiation licence and professional indemnity insurance
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in private practice (preferred)
- A strong interest in preventive and restorative dentistry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A warm, professional and patient-centred approach
- Strong organisational and patient management skills
- A collaborative team mindset
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development

Remuneration

Competitive remuneration will be negotiated based on experience and skills.
