IHG Hotels & Resorts in Melbourne is seeking a Duty Manager who sets high standards across cleanliness, guest experience, and productivity. You’ll lead our front desk team to deliver authentic, memorable experiences and handle guest queries and complaints with confidence.

You will manage team performance and hotel operations, develop staff skills, and be the first point of contact in emergencies. This role requires evenings and weekend work and a valid Australia work visa.
