HammondCare At Home in the Central Coast region is seeking a Scheduler to provide, maintain and create rosters for Home Care Workers, ensuring clients are properly cared for. This full-time permanent role is based at Tuggerah Office with morning shifts 6am-2pm Monday to Friday.

You will schedule staff, manage client and worker calendars, and work as part of the centralised support team to keep data up to date and ensure fair, effective rounds that meet contracted hours.
