The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading and developing a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient store operations. Task & responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop retail staff to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring customers receive professional advice and product recommendations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and in-store marketing events.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimise stock losses.
- Analyse sales performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Monitor automotive retail market trends, competitor activity,



and customer demands to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies, company procedures, and retail standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff performance, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and business partners.

Qualification & experience

- Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Retail /Operation Manager, preferably within the automotive parts or automotive retail industry.
- Robust leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Experience with stock control, merchandising, and retail operations.
- Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to improve business performance.
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories will be highly regarded.
