As a proudly family owned and operated business, we value quality, reliability, and teamwork. We are now seeking a motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our dedicated team.
This role requires an individual with robust time management skills, discipline, and a proactive team focused attitude. You will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pick queue, prepare and prioritise picking work for the warehouse team to maintain efficient workflow
- Unload trucks in a safe and timely manner
- Operate and utilise warehouse management and inventory systems
- Photography of material as required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and secure workspace at all times
Requirements
- Experience with forklifts, gantry cranes, lifting clamps, and slings
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in logistics or warehousing (experience in natural or engineered stone handling will be highly regarded)
