Royal Daylesford Hotel in Daylesford seeks an Assistant Venue Manager to support the GM in leading a passionate team. You will be involved in all aspects of pub operations, from service standards to staff development and guest engagement.

The role calls for a minimum of 5 years in a similar venue management position, RSA/RCG credentials (or ability to obtain), and solid knowledge of liquor and gaming regulations. A positive, proactive leader will thrive here.
