EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR – RAY WHITE MELTON

Ray White Melton is seeking an experienced, highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Director.

Real estate experience is essential. This role is suited to someone who understands the fast-paced nature of the industry, has exceptional administrative skills, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Working directly alongside our Director, you will play a pivotal role in keeping the business organised, efficient and running smoothly. If you are someone who enjoys taking ownership, anticipating needs and being the person others rely on, we'd love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will be:

- Previous experience working in a real estate administration, Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role (essential)
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, professional and approachable manner
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Experience managing calendars, appointments, client communications, preparing documentation and coordinating meetings
- Strong knowledge of real estate systems and processes




- An Agent’s Representative Certificate
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- A commitment to achieving deadlines, maintaining high standards and meeting KPI expectations
