Requirements

- Valid A-grade Electrician Licence (ESV)
- Experience in rental property electrical safety checks
- Able to perform general electrical maintenance (lights, switches, exhaust fans, RCBO upgrades, etc.)
- White Card required
- Police Check and full driver's licence preferred

Scope of Work

- Routine safety checks for rental properties
- General electrical repair and replacement works
- Coordination with plumbers and handymen for integrated maintenance tasks
