Retail Trade Sales Assistant (Full Time)

We’re looking for a reliable, motivated and hands‑on Retail Trade Sales Assistant to join our team in Thomastown. If you enjoy helping customers, learning new skills and being part of a close‑knit team, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

- Serving trade and retail customers at the trade counter
- Providing product advice and helping customers find the right solution
- Processing sales through our point of sale system
- Answering customer phone enquiries
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Receiving, checking and putting away stock
- Restocking shelves and maintaining displays

What we’re looking for

- Previous retail, trade, warehouse or customer service experience (preferred)
- An interest in hardware, tools, fasteners or construction products
- Enjoys working with people and providing great customer service
- Reliable,



punctual and takes pride in your work
- Quick to learn and eager to develop new skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Able to work well in a fast‑paced team environment
