DAAWAT in Maleny is seeking a skilled Chef to join our team. You will cook and prepare meals on the menu, assist with menu planning, and help manage inventory and supplier orders in a busy Indian kitchen.

You will supervise kitchen staff, recruit and train recent team members, maintain health and safety standards, and report to the Director. The ideal candidate has 2 years of Head Chef experience, understands Indian cuisine, works well under pressure, and communicates effectively.
