Clerk Grade 3/4 : $87,199 - $95,842 + Superannuation and leave loadings (Pro-rata)

The Concierge provides a welcoming, skilled and responsive front-of-house service for visitors, residents and Academy participants at Powerhouse Parramatta. The role provides information, wayfinding, basic concierge services and general operational support to ensure visitors have a positive experience. The Concierge works under the reporting line of the Guest Relations Manager and receives day-to-day operational direction from the Duty Manager while on shift.
