Homestyle Aged Care is seeking a senior nurse to support the Director of Nursing by coordinating AN-ACC assessments and care planning. You will manage day-to-day assessments and documentation and contribute to care plans aligned to AN-ACC needs, while providing high-quality care and supporting quality audits.
This permanent part-time role runs Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am–5pm. The team offers a collaborative workplace, ongoing upskilling, and access to an Employee Assistance Program.
