What you'll do

- Develop and maintain relationships with specifiers, M&E; consultants, and contractors.
- Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets for ventilation products in the North West.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales or specification sales within the HVAC or building services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.




- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and ventilation systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

- Experience with current build projects and working with M&E; contractors.
- Familiarity with plumbing and heating systems, including boilers and heat pumps.

Skills & tools

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.

Practical notes

- Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Travel within the North West region will be required.
