Alex Fraser Group (part of the Heidelberg Materials business) seeks a hands-on HSEQ Advisor to drive risk management and compliance across Recycling Plants, Workshops, Laboratories, and customer sites in our Victorian operation. This full time role reports to the Recycling General Manager and requires travel between sites during the week.

You will coach managers, lead HSE incident investigations, deliver training, manage records, and support continuous improvement in IRMS.
