The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) is seeking an Executive Level 1 to lead learning and capability initiatives across the Contact Centre. You will oversee a team, design and deliver learning solutions, and continuously improve the learning function in a fast-paced setting.
This role requires strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to respond to competing priorities while aligning with government policies and priorities for employment services.
