As the second-in-command to the Executive Chef, you will lead daily kitchen operations, inspire the brigade and shape menus reflecting our commitment to fresh, seasonal and sustainable produce.
You will manage food costs, labour and ensure high standards of quality, presentation and service while fostering a cooperative kitchen culture and coaching talent for future growth.
