Currently seeking a SOUTH SIDE LABOURER to join the team that is expanding quickly with the current workflow scheduled out to 2027.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to assist with the construction of new homes and residential building projects. The successful candidate will support site supervisors, maintain a safe and organised worksite, and perform a range of physical tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

- Prepare and clean construction sites before, during, and after building activities.
- Load, unload, move, and store construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist with excavation, site preparation, concreting, framing, roofing, and landscaping tasks.
- Assist with defect rectifications
- Remove debris and waste materials, maintaining a clean and safe work setting.
- Follow site plans, instructions,



and directions from supervisors.
- Comply with all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements and company policies.
- Conduct general labouring duties as required to support project completion.
- Report hazards, incidents, or equipment defects to supervisors promptly.

THE IDEAL PERSON WILL HAVE

You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:

- Previous residential construction experience preferred but not essential
- Basic knowledge of the Australian Building Codes
- A strong project management ability to coordinate multiple service providers and suppliers to complete homes expediently
- The ability to proactively respond to issues as they arise and take the necessary actions to rectify or prevent problems in an efficient manner
- A valid White Card
- Full unencumbered driver's license
