Hill McGlynn is recruiting on behalf of a growing temperature-controlled logistics operation in Melbourne's west. We need an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who can lead a team across ambient, chiller and freezer, keeping a busy operation moving across every zone.
The role
You will lead your team across all three temperature zones, setting the pace, keeping orders flowing accurately and on time, and moving seamlessly between ambient, chilled and frozen as the operation demands.
Day to day
- Lead and motivate your team across ambient, chiller and freezer
- Hit dispatch cut-offs with accuracy and pace
- Keep safety and cold chain integrity front and centre in every zone
- Allocate labour, manage flow and report on the shift
- Spot and fix problems before they slow the floor down
What you'll bring
- Supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
- Comfort working across temperature-controlled zones, including sub-zero
- A hands‑on leader who leads from the front
- Solid WMS and warehouse process knowledge
- Someone who can switch gears and keep every zone humming
