We are looking for a Occupational Therapist to join our values driven allied health team.

Our team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Clinical Psychologists works together in a warm and collaborative workplace, supporting people to build skills and achieve meaningful outcomes.
The role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. Our referrals span across the lifespan. The role will be predominantly based out of our Caulfield clinic with two days in the community/at schools within a 10-15km radius. We do our best to align caseloads with clinical interests. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Occupational Therapist who is passionate about making a difference. Salary listed is based on experience and includes superannuation.

Assessments and evidence-based treatment for individuals experiencing one or more difficulties in the following areas:
Sensory Processing
Emotional Regulation
Mental Health
Functional Capacity
Attention and Concentration
Fine Motor Skills and Gross Motor Skills
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
School Readiness and Participation
Independence and Life Skills
Social Skills and Peer Relationships (including groups)
About you:
Available to work 4-5 days per week
A team player who is organised and willing to connect, collaborate and adapt your therapeutic approach based on clients needs
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and engage clients
Problem-solving skills, initiative and a growth mindset
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, with time management and organisational skills.
Demonstrated skills in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, intervention planning, and evidence-based practice.
Role requirements:
Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check
AHPRA registration
Drivers License and car
