Working as a Primary Teacher at JPC

We welcome expressions of interest from Primary educators across all year levels and learning areas, including:

- Classroom teachers across Prep to Year 6
- IB PYP-trained or IB-ready educators
- Early Career Teachers beginning their professional journey
- Experienced educators seeking leadership and mentoring opportunities

About You

To be successful at JPC, you will bring:

- Current QCT registration (or eligibility to obtain prior to commencement)
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality, student-centred teaching practice
- A collaborative approach and genuine enthusiasm for contributing to a values-led community
- IB PYP training or a willingness to engage with and develop PYP knowledge and practice
- A commitment to child safety, wellbeing and the College’s values and community expectations

including a 4% premium and automatic Senior Teacher progression at nine years with no attestation required. Salaries shown are indicative based on rates from 1 July 2026:
