About the Opportunity

As the Sales Representative for Queensland, you’ll take ownership of an established territory, managing relationships with salon partners while identifying opportunities to grow new business.
You’ll have the autonomy to plan your own diary,



build your own pipeline, and develop meaningful partnerships with salon owners and industry professionals.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, creating connections, and having ownership over their results.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage and grow an established portfolio of salon clients across Queensland
- Build strong, long-term relationships with salon owners and industry professionals
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive sales activity
- Conduct regular salon visits, product consultations, and business discussions
- Support salons with product knowledge, education, and sales growth strategies
- Manage your own territory, diary, and sales pipeline
- Work collaboratively with internal education and support teams

Territory Coverage

This role covers a large Queensland region including:

- Brisbane
- Ipswich
- Toowoomba
- Gladstone
- Mackay
- Townsville
- Cairns

The successful candidate will need to be comfortable travelling throughout the territory, with support provided for regional travel requirements.

About You

You may come from a variety of backgrounds, including:

- Professional sales / BDM experience with a strong track record of growing territories
- Hairdressing, salon ownership, or education experience looking to transition into sales
- Beauty, cosmetics, or professional product experience

You will be:

- Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Confident building relationships and influencing customers
- Comfortable with cold calling and developing new business
- Organised and able to manage your own schedule
- Passionate about the hair and beauty industry
- Driven by achieving results
