The Basin Dining Room in Mona Vale is seeking a Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef. This role provides an opportunity to step up from a solid sous chef position and help shape the kitchen with input from an ambitious Head Chef. You’ll lead a passionate team in a soon-to-be landmark kitchen on the upper northern beaches.
