NSLHD is seeking an Aboriginal Registered Nurse to lead culturally appropriate chronic care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients. The role is based in the Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Health Service within NSLHD and requires identification with Aboriginal communities and current AHPRA registration.
The RN will deliver holistic, evidence-based nursing care, advocate for clients, coordinate with GPs and NGOs, and support transitions from hospital to community.
