Prime Pharmacy Group is excited to offer an opportunity for a Retail Manager to lead our team at our brand new Doveton Pharmacy. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new pharmacy from the beginning, helping shape the culture, build strong community connections and drive the success of an exciting new store.

As Retail Manager, you'll work closely with the Pharmacy Manager, Support Office team and store employees to create an exceptional customer experience while leading a high-performing retail team.

About the Role

- Leading and inspiring the retail team

- Delivering exceptional customer service standards

- Managing daily retail operations and workflows

- Driving retail sales and business performance

- Coaching, developing and mentoring team members

- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training

- Managing stock presentation,



merchandising and inventory control

- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and pharmacy standards

- Completing roster processes to wages budget

- Building a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Assistant Manager or similar leadership role

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

- A passion for customer service and developing others

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Experience working in retail pharmacy is highly regarded, but not essential

- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
