Ashley Youth Detention Centre in Tasmania is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to lead daily operations and supervise Youth Workers on shift.

You will make critical risk-based decisions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support outcomes for young people, and manage 12-hour shifts with rotating rosters. This permanent role offers formal training, salary progression, relocation support and wellbeing programs.
