About the role

Munro Footwear Group is focused on enhancing its Product Development capabilities, and we are looking for a Product Developer for our Rockport brand. This position offers a unique chance to be part of a team that is redefining the product development process, emphasizing collaboration, innovation, and efficiency from initial concept to final production.

- Team: Product Development Operations & Delivery

What you'll do

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development from ideation to market launch.
- Manage timelines and ensure that all product specifications meet quality and performance standards.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product development within the footwear industry.




- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Product Design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have

- Experience with 3D design software and product visualization tools.

Skills & tools

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and PLM systems.
