Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking a Victim's Coordinator, Conferencing, to support victims before, during and after youth justice group conferences across Victoria. The role requires trauma-informed practice, compassionate communication and robust collaboration with partner services.

You will travel across metropolitan and regional Victoria, maintain accurate case records, provide guidance, and contribute to service improvements.
